Y2-xSmxW3O12固溶体的制备及热膨胀性能研究

【摘要】 采用二次固相反应法成功制备出Y2-xSm(xWO4)(3x=0.0,0.2)、(x=1.0,1.4,1.8,2.0)系列固溶体,低掺杂量Y2-xSm(xWO4)(3x=0.0,0.2)为单斜结构(空间群:P2/m),高掺杂量Y2-xSm(xWO4)(3x=1.0,1.4,1.8,2.0)为单斜结构(空间群:C2/c);热重分析表明低Sm掺杂Y2-xSm(xWO4)3具吸水性,且随Sm含量增加而含水量减少,当x≥1.0时,样品完全不吸水;SEM分析了样品的断口形貌与晶粒尺寸;热膨胀性能测试表明,Sm掺杂量(x=0.0,0.2)的Y2-xSm(xWO4)3排除水分子后,具有较强的负热膨胀特性,而掺杂量(x=1.0,1.4,1.8,2.0)的Y2-xSm(xWO4)3具有正膨胀性能。
【Abstract】 A new series of solid solution Y2-xSmx(WO4)3(x=0.0,0.2),(x=1.0,1.4,1.8,2.0) have been successfully synthesized by the secondary Solid-state method.The low-doped Y2-xSmx(WO4)3(x = 0.0,0.2) is the monoclinic structure(space group: P2 / m),and the high-doped Y2-xSm(xWO4)3(x=1.0,1.4,1.8,2.0) is the monoclinic structure(space group: C2 / c);Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the Y2-xSmx(WO4)3(x=0.0,0.2,0.6,0.8) with water absorption and the compound stores less water with increase Sm content,and found that when x≥1.0,sample completely non-absorbent;The fracture morphology and grain size of samples analysis by SEM;Thermal expansion studies show that,the Sm doping(x =0.0,0.2) of the Y2-xSmx(WO4)3 excluded crystal water,has a strong negative thermal expansion properties.The doping(x =1.0,1.4,1.8,2.0) of the Y2-xSmx(WO4)3 has a positive expansion performance.
