【摘要】 对中国钨产业政策进行了深入分析,剖析了控制钨资源开采、限制钨初级产品出口、鼓励技术创新、支持跨国经营和引进国外资金及先进技术等一系列产业政策的根源和成效。在此基础上,从资源控制和利用的角度对中国硬质合金产业的发展进行了研究,提出了中国硬质合金产业应向高附加值产品和深度加工配套工具方向发展、进一步增强国际竞争力的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studies the reasons and effectiveness of the series of industry policies adopted by Chinese government,such as exploitation control,export limitation of tungsten raw products,encouraging technology innovation,supporting cross-border business and introducing global fund and advanced technology.The development policy of tungsten industry of China is further analyzed.The development tendency of China’s cemented carbide industry is studied from the aspects of resource control and application.China’s cemented carbide industry is advised to develop to the direction of products with high additional value and deep processing.更多还原
