【摘要】 目的:观察微波扁桃体凝固术在治疗扁桃体疾病时的临床疗效。方法:选择本科治疗的98例慢性扁桃体炎或单纯扁桃体肥大患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各49例,观察组采用微波扁桃体凝固手术进行治疗,对照组采用传统的扁桃体剥离术进行治疗,记录并比较两组患者的手术时间及术中出血量。结果:微波扁桃体凝固手术治疗扁桃体疾病时,手术时间为(14.4±4.5)min,明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);并且观察组术中出血量平均为(7.78±5.67)ml,较对照组亦明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:微波扁桃体凝固手术治疗扁桃体疾病,具有操作简便、手术视野清楚、手术时间短和出血量少等优点,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the microwave coagulation tonsil tonsil disease in the treatment of clinical efficacy.Methods:98 cases of undergraduate treatment of chronic tonsillitis or tonsillar hypertrophy alone patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,49 patients in each group to observe the surgical group were treated by mi crowave coagulation tonsillectomy,the control group using the traditional tonsil dissection for treatment,both groups were recorded and compared operative time and blood loss.Results:The surgical treatment of microwave coagulation tonsil tonsil disease,operative time was (14.4±4.5) minute,significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001);and the observation group average blood loss was (7.78±5.67) ml,also significantly reduced compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001).Conclusion:Surgical treatment of microwave coagulation tonsillectomy tonsil disease,is a simple,clear operative field,operative time is shorter and less bleed ing,etc.,is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
