【摘要】 目的:探讨盐酸克林霉素注射液的不良反应及发生率,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对本院2006年6月～2008年6月收治的采用盐酸克林霉素注射液治疗的120例感染和炎症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结其中发生不良反应的例数和种类。结果:该组患者中有12例(10.0%)患者发生不良反应,共15例次,占12.5%,其中主要为胃肠反应、变态反应及局部疼痛。结论:对盐酸克林霉素注射液不良反应加以重视,可以减少对患者的伤害,保证用药的合理性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the adverse effects of clindamycin hydrochloride injection,and provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods:From June 2006 to June 2008 used clindamycin hydrochloride injection treatment of 120 cases of infection and inflammation in patients with clinical data were analyzed retrospectively,summarized the num ber and type adverse reactions.Results:In this group,15 cases had adverse reactions,which mainly 12.5% for gastrointestinal reaction and allergic reaction and local pain.Conclusion:Taking seriously of adverse reactions of clindamycin hydrochloride injection can reduce the damage of patients,ensure the rationality of the drug.更多还原
