【摘要】 目的:观察微型钛板内固定治疗下颌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:对60例下颌骨骨折患者使用微型钛板进行内固定治疗。结果:58例痊愈,面型对称,咬合关系正常,张口不偏斜,术后3～6个月X线或CT片示骨折线对位良好。2例显效,面型和咬合关系基本正常,张口受限明显改善,3～6个月后复查曲面断层片,未发现骨折愈合不良。结论:坚强内固定技术治疗下颌骨骨折疗效可靠、操作简单、创伤小、愈合快,效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the micro-plate fixation of mandibular fractures in clinical efficacy.Methods:60 cases of mandibular fracture were carried out using micro-plate fixation.Results:58 cases recovered,symmetrical face,the normal occlusion,mouth opening was not skewed,3 to 6 months,X ray or CT films showed that the fracture line was good.2 cases were markedly effective,face and normal occlusion,limited mouth opening improved significantly after 3 to 6 months,reviewed the panoramic radiographs and found no fracture healing.Conclusion:Rigid internal fixation in the treatment of jaw fractures,reliable,simple,trauma,healing,with satisfactory result.更多还原
