【摘要】 目的:探讨硫酸镁灌肠的给药途径,观察高浓度较大剂量硫酸镁灌肠的临床作用。方法:对3个方面的患者进行了观察,①对肠镜检查前肠道准备不清洁的患者,应用硫酸镁灌肠进行补救清洁肠道,本组患者共52例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各26例。②对便秘患者促进排便的治疗作用,本组患者共78例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各39例。③对口服有机磷农药中毒的患者,应用硫酸镁灌肠增加肠道内毒物的排出,本组患者共22例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各11例。结果:3方面的患者治疗组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:硫酸镁灌肠也是硫酸镁治疗某些疾病的有效给药途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the administration route of enema with magnesium sulfate and observe the clinic role of enema with high density and large dose of magnesium sulfate.Methods:From three aspects of the patients were observed. First,to patient with uncleanliness of bowel preparation before enteroscopy,enema with magnesium sulfate was used to compensate bowel preparation.Fifty-two patients were randomized to the therapeutics group(26 patients) and the control group(26 patients) .Second,to patient with constipation,enema with magnesium sulfate was used to facilitate defecation.Seventyeight patients were randomized to the therapeutics group(39 patients) and the control group(39 patients) .Third,to patient with organophosphate insecticide poisoning through gastrointestinal route,enema with magnesium sulfate was used to promote the elimination of intestinal poisons.Twenty-two patients were randomized to the therapeutics group(11 patients) and the control group(11 patients) .Results:Three patients with the treatment group compared with the control group were different.Conclusion:Enema is an effective administration route to utilize magnesium sulfate for treating some kinds of diseases.更多还原
