【摘要】 目的:探讨C-臂机下尺骨干骨折手法闭合复位克氏针内固定在临床治疗中的效果。方法:单纯尺骨干骨折22例,男性18例,女性4例;年龄20～60岁,平均41岁;在C-臂机下行尺骨干骨折手法闭合复位后从患侧尺骨鹰嘴部由远端向近端依次钻入克氏针1枚或2枚,行骨折端内固定。结果:22例患者全部获得6～24个月的随访,平均随访时间为14个月,22例患者均获得愈合,无骨不连现象,上下关节无功能障碍,有前臂旋转功能障碍仅为1例。结论:在C-臂机下尺骨干骨折手法闭合复位克氏针内固定的方法,固定效果确切、创伤小、经济实用,骨关节及软组织并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the treatment of clinical effects under the C-arm radiographic supervision ulnar shaft fractures colosed reduction and kirschner wire fixation techniques effect.Methods:Simple ulnar shaft fractures in 22 cases,including 18 males and 4 females;The average age was 41 years(rang 20 to 60years);After closed reduction under Carm radiographic supervision,the patients were pinned one or two kirschner wires from olecranon to fix the fractures.Results:All the 22 patients received 6-24 months of follow-up,with an average follow-up time was 14 months.All the 22 patients have received healing.Bone non-union phenomenon,the upper and lower joints without dysfunction,there was dysfunction of forearm rotation only 1 case.Conclusion:Under the C-arm radiographis supervision the ulnar shaft fractures closed reduction and kirschner wire fixation techniques methods,fixed effects ofprecise,Less traumatic,economical and praticalwith little bone and joint and soft tissue complications.更多还原
