【摘要】 目的:通过对比西药和中西药联合治疗异位妊娠,探讨中西医联合保守治疗的临床疗效。方法:对2007年4月～2008年2月入住本院的120例异位妊娠患者检查确诊,然后随机平均分为对照组和实验组,每组60例患者。对照组单纯服用米非司酮,实验组在对照组的治疗基础上,加用中药治疗。以2周为1个疗程,治疗结束后,对比分析疗效。结果:对照组总有效率为75.00%,实验组总有效率为91.67%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中西药保守联合治疗异位妊娠治愈率高,治疗后并发症低,值得在临床上应用和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:By comparison western medicine method and combination therapy method for ectopic pregnancy,to discusses the clinical treatment effect of combination therapy method.Methods:120 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy in hospital for treatment from April 2007 to February 2008 were diagnosed and checked,then divided into two groups on average.Mifepristone were applied on control group,and traditional Chinese medicine were applied on experi mental group on the base of western medicine.For a period of treatment of two weeks after treatment,treatment effect were analysized and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 75.00%,and the experimental group was 91.67%.Efficacy of two groups showed significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Combination therapy method shows the characteristic of high cure rate and low rate of postoperative complications,so it deserves application and promotion in clinical.更多还原
