【摘要】 目的:探讨黑苔的病因并予以治疗。方法:179例患者经中医视诊确认为黑苔后,再经西医之体格检查、实验室检查确诊,并用自拟的滋阴养胃汤治疗。结果:消化系统疾病103例(57.5%),呼吸系统疾病45例(25.1%),循环系统疾病10例(5.5%),内分泌系统疾病10例(5.5%),神经系统疾病6例(3.3%),其他系统疾病5例(2.7%)。治疗后,有效175例(97.7%);无效4例(2.2%)。结论:黑苔是临床多系统多种疾病过程中出现的一种体征,虽病因不同,但黑苔的形成大多为胃阴受损所致,用自拟的滋阴养胃汤加减治疗,效果显著,并体现了中医异病同治的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To have an inquiry of cause and treatment of black fur of tongue. Methods: 179 patients were firstly diagnosed by the way of inspection of traditional Chinese medicine, then by means of complete physical examination,laboratory and assisted examination of western medicine,as well as with combination of self-made Ziyinyangwei Tang. Results: Digestive disease 103 cases (57.5%), respiratory system disease 45 cases (25.1%), circular system disease 10 cases(5.5%),en -docrine system disease 10 cases(5.5%), nervous system disease 6 cases(3.3%), 5 cases of others(2.7%), 175 cases of which had curative effect and 4 cases had no curative effect. Conclusion: Black fur of tongue is a vital sign that happens in clinical course with multi -system manifold diseases, the causes of giving rise to which, though, are different, mostly it is caused by the suffering of Wei Yin.The modified self-made Ziyinyangwei Tang has a marked curing effect on black fur of tongue while reflects a principle of traditional Chinese medicine of the same treatment for the different disease.更多还原
