AZ31B镁合金表面磷化/阴极电泳复合涂层耐蚀性能研究

【摘要】 通过AZ31B镁合金表面磷化预处理及电泳涂装获得了复合电泳涂层,并对复合涂层的耐蚀性能进行评价。磷化膜内层连续致密,外层粗大的晶粒使表面粗糙,提高了与电泳涂层的结合力;获得复合涂层的附着力达到0级,硬度达到5H,冲击性能大于90kg·cm,耐盐雾试验600h不起泡。因此,磷化预处理的丁二烯阴极电泳涂层对镁合金起到了良好的装饰和防护作用。

【Abstract】 Through the surface phosphating treatment of AZ31 magnesium alloys and the application of electrophoretic coatings,we have obtained the composite electrodeposition coating; and evaluate the corrosion resistance of the composite coating in this paper. With the inner layer continuous and compact and the coarse outer layer full of gross grain,the binding force between phosphating film and electrodeposition coating has been improved,and the composition film reaches adhesion of zero grade,hardness of 5H,impact property of 90 kg·cm and the salt spray resistance experiment of 600h no blistering. So,phosphating pretreatment of butadiene cathodic electrodeposition coating is good to the decoration and the protection of magnesium alloys.
