由谷壳制备的二氧化硅合成MCM-49分子筛及性能研究

【摘要】 利用谷壳制备的二氧化硅为硅源、六亚甲基亚胺(HMI)为模板剂,按SiO2∶0.5HMI∶0.033Al2O3∶0.36NaOH∶40H2O的摩尔比,采用静态水热合成法合成了具有MWW层状结构的MCM-49分子筛,并采用XRD、TEM等手段对合成分子筛进行了表征。研究了所合成的分子筛对阳离子红X-5GN的吸附性能,考察了分子筛的投加量、反应环境的pH值、吸附时间等因素对吸附阳离子红X-5GN模拟染料废水的影响。在MCM-49分子筛的投加量为1.4g/L,pH为10,振荡时间为60min的实验条件下,脱色率以及降解率分别达到了69%和70.1%,取得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】 MCM-49 molecular sieve with MWW of layer structure was synthesized using the static hydrothermal crystallization method,rice husk silica as silicon source,hexamethylene imine(HMI) as template agent,and by SiO2 ∶ 0.5HMI ∶ 0.033Al2O3 ∶ 0.36NaOH ∶ 40H2O molar ratio.Mesoporous molecular sieve of MCM-49 was characterizated by power X-ray diffraction(XRD)、transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and so on.Study the synthesis molecular sieve adsorption,and study the impact of the dosage of the molecular sieve,the reaction environment pH,adsorption time on adsorption of cationic red X-5GN simulate wastewater.Under the conditions of the MCM-49 zeolite dosage was 1.4g/L,pH was 10,the experimental oscillation time was 60min,the decolorization rate and the degradation rate reached 69% and 70.1%,and achieved good results.
