改进型湿法制粉工艺的初步实验研究

【摘要】 为解决建筑陶瓷生产行业湿法制粉工艺(喷雾干燥造粒工艺)的大气污染问题,本文实验研究了一项新型的陶瓷粉料制备工艺,即改进型湿法制粉工艺。其基本原理是利用弥散干粉对雾化浆滴进行包裹,形成干粉-浆滴包裹体初始颗粒,再经滚圆夯实、水分调整后制得实心球形陶瓷粉料。实验显示,改进型湿法制粉工艺制得的陶瓷粉料粒度级配合理、颗粒规整、松装密度高、流动性好,且制粉过程无高湿度、重污染尾气排放,更符合清洁生产要求。

【Abstract】 To solve the air pollution problem of the wet technology of preparing press-powders for ceramic tile manufacturing,a modified wet technology was tested.The basal principle of this technology is that,the sprayed slip droplets are enwrapped by dispersed dry powders and transform into coarse granules,which are then rolled intensively and further dried,and thus solid spherical press-powders can be obtained.The as-prepared press-powders exhibit eligible granule size distribution,regular shape,high bulk density and favorable flowability.The modified wet technology doesn’t discharge tail gas with serious pollution during the whole process,and thus is a environment friendly technology and can accord with the goal of cleaner production.
