GFRP筋与钢筋的混凝土板受弯性能对比试验
A Comparative Test of Flexural Property of Concrete Slab Mixed with GFRP Bars & Reinforcement Bars
【摘要】 制作了尺寸为2300mm×1000mm×150mm的混凝土板,分别配有GFRP筋及直径相同的钢筋。对两种板做弯曲试验,并监测板的应变及变形情况。监测结果表明,混凝土开裂前板截面上的应变较小,截面变形符合平截面假定,并且,混凝土开裂荷载较为接近。当混凝土开裂之后,GFRP筋混凝土板的挠度增长速度远比钢筋混凝土板快。GFRP筋混凝土板受弯变形发展分为两个阶段,而钢筋混凝土板受弯变形发展分为三个阶段。最后,GFRP筋混凝土板的破坏表现为GFRP筋被拉断;钢筋混凝土板的破坏表现为受压区混凝土被压碎。
【Abstract】 The concrete slab of size 2 300 mm× 1 000 mm ×150 mm is produced,respectively,with the same diameter GFRP bars and steel bars.The flexural tests of the two kinds of slabs have been made,strain and deformation of slabs has been monitored.Monitoring results show that the strain in the slab sections is small and cross-section deformation meets plane assumption before concrete cracks and that concrete cracking loads approach.When the concrete slabs crack,deflection of GFRP concrete slab grows faster than that of the steel concrete slab.The development of flexural deformation of GFRP concrete slabs is divided into two phases,while that of the steel concrete slab is divided into three stages.Finally,the destruction mode of GFRP concrete slab is that GFRP bars are pulled off,while the destruction mode of steel concrete slab is that concrete in compression zone is crushed.
