【摘要】 以阿苯达唑为主料,选择药用淀粉、十八酸、羧甲基纤维素钠等作为辅料或疏性剂,以一定比例配制并压制成缓释药片,组装成以弹簧作为动力装置的控释塑囊。经实验室及野外扩大试验证实,该塑囊不仅能100%驱除羊胃肠道线虫,而且能预防再感染达90d以上。与普通阿苯达唑片剂相比,一次用药的药效持续期延长2个月以上,在甘肃环县实施的以控释和缓释技术为核心的综合防控模式研究中,每只羊能提高经济效益分别达30.75元和25.50元,完全达到了预期的设计要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Controlled-release capsule taken albendazole as raw material and starch,stearic acid,carboxymethlcellulose,ect.as auxiliary material was developed,in which bounds were assembled as driving fo rce for medicine releasing.Experiments in the laboratory and in the field demons trated that the controlled-release capsules could 100% repel gastrointestinal n ematodes of ovine and it also could efficiently protect animals from re-infecti on for more than 90 d.Compared with the traditional albendazole tables,protecti on of the capsule was prolonged more than two months.In an integrated control mo del conducted in Huan County,Gansu Province,the economic evaluation showed that the controlled-release and slow extended-release capsules could reduce the los s by 30.75 yuan and 25.50 yuan,respectively,which met the expected objective who lly.更多还原
