人参皂甙Rg1对弓形虫P30融合蛋白免疫效果的影响

【摘要】 将120只ICR小鼠随机平均分为6组,除生理盐水对照组、P30融合蛋白免疫对照组和P30融合蛋白+弗氏佐剂免疫对照组外,其余3组分别在P30融合蛋白中按10、50、100μg/kg加入人参皂甙Rg1。将ICR小鼠皮下多点注射融合蛋白及融合蛋白与不同免疫佐剂的混合液,健康对照组用PBS代替;2周后以相同剂量和途径加强免疫一次。结果表明,人参皂甙各剂量组均能显著提高淋巴细胞的增殖水平和机体对融合蛋白的免疫应答水平;P30融合蛋白+弗氏佐剂免疫组的免疫保护效果最好;3个不同剂量人参皂甙组中以P30融合蛋白+50μg/kgRg1免疫组的保护效果最好。

【Abstract】 One hundred and twenty ICR mice were randomly divided into 6 groups,each 20.With the exception of the normal saline group and the P30 fusion protein group as well as the P30 fusion protein-Freund’s adjuvant group,the three Rg1 groups were immunized with P30 fusion protein+ginsenoside Rg1 at doses of 10,50 and 100μg/kg,respectively.Mice in the P30 fusion protein group were immunized with given fusion protein,and mice in the P30 fusion protein-Freund’s adjuvant group were immunized with fusion protein with different adjuvant by subcutaneous injection at different sites,while mice in the normal saline group was injected with PBS.Two weeks later,the ICR mice in all the groups were boostered at the same dose and in the same way,respectively.The results showed that ginsenoside Rg1 could significantly increase the level of lymphocyte proliferation and the body’s immune response.The P30 fusion protein-Freund’s adjuvant group showed the strongest protective efficacy.Of the three Rg1 groups,the P30 fusion protein+ginsenoside Rg1 group at the dose of 50μg/kg showed the strongest adjuvant effects.
