ESA-1型SiC非线性电阻灭磁装置在线监测系统的研制及应用

【摘要】 大型水电机组普遍采用SiC非线性灭磁电阻进行灭磁,实时监测SiC非线性灭磁电阻事故灭磁过程中及灭磁后的特性,对于大型机组的安全运行至关重要。ESA-1装置研制目标是对SiC非线性灭磁电阻进行在线监测。本文论述了该系统在白山300MW水电机组上的应用情况,并对现场实测结果进行了初步分析,分析结果表明该系统可满足大型水电机组灭磁装置的在线监测需求。此外,该系统也适用于汽轮发电机等其它类型机组灭磁装置的在线监测。

【Abstract】 The SiC nonlinear de-excitation resistors are generally applied in de-excitation devices for large-sized hydropower generating units.It is very important for safely operating large-sized hydropower generating units where the parameters are monitored real-timely during and after accidental de-excitation.The target of developing ESA-1 device is on-line monitoring SiC nonlinear de-excitation resistors.The authors applied the system at a 300MW hydropower generating unit in the Baishan hydropower station,and analyzed the results of field measurement.It shows that the system can meet the requirements of de-excitation device online monitoring for large-sized hydropower generating units.In addition,the system is also suitable for other types of generator units,such as steam turbo-generator units.
