酚醛树脂为囊壁的超细微胶囊红磷的制备及其表征

【摘要】 通过原位聚合法制备了酚醛树脂(PF)为囊壁、红磷为囊芯的超细微胶囊红磷(MRP)阻燃剂。采用傅里叶红外(FT-IR)光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱、激光粒度分布仪、热重分析对MRP进行了表征,测试了其吸湿性、抗氧化性等基本性能,并讨论了制备MRP的主要影响因素。结果表明,MRP平均粒径为7.5μm,表面包覆紧密;着火点提高至485℃,且热稳定性得到提高;其吸湿率小于1.8%,抗氧化性小于7.8 mg/(g.h),磷化氢的释放小于3.6μg/(g.h),均比红磷有显著的改善。

【Abstract】 A flame retardant in the form of microencapsulate(MRP) was prepared by encapsulating red phosphorus with phenol-formaldehyde resin via in-situ polymerization.The MRP was characterized using infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscope,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,laser particle size analyzer,and thermogravimetric analysis.The average size of MRP was 7.5 μm and a compactness surface was formed.The ignition point of MRP reached 485 ℃.The moisture absorption was less than 1.8 %,oxidation resistance 7.8 mg/(g·h),and phosphine emission 3.6 μg/(g·h).In contrast with neat red phosphorus,the performance of MRP was obviously improved.
