恶性肿瘤引起颈肩腰腿痛误诊4例原因探析

【摘要】 目的:分析探讨恶性肿瘤的误诊原因,提高恶性肿瘤引起颈肩腰腿痛的认识。方法:回顾性分析收治的颈肩腰腿痛患者197例中,后期确诊的4例恶性肿瘤的临床资料。结果:4例误诊为颈肩腰腿痛患者中,直肠癌1例,白血病1例,前列腺癌1例,肺癌1例。结论:对恶性肿瘤引起颈肩腰腿痛的表现缺乏认识和诊治经验不足,以及盲目相信上级医院的诊断,是基层医院医师对恶性肿瘤误诊误治的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the causes of misdiagnosis of cancer,increase awareness of low back pain neck malignancy.Methods:A retrospective analysis of our hospital,197 patients with low back pain in the neck,later confirmed four cases of malignant tumors of the clinical data.Results:4 cases were misdiagnosed as neck and low back pain patients,rectal cancer,1 case of leukemia in 1 case,1 case of prostate cancer,lung cancer in 1 case.Conclusion:The performance of low back pain neck malignancy lack of awareness and lack of diagnosis and treatment,as well as blind faith in a higher level hospital diagnosis,is the primary hospital physicians on the main malignant tumor misdiagnosis.更多还原
