妇科HPV、TCT及小组织活检三联合诊断宫颈癌210例分析

【摘要】 目的:通过妇科HPV检测、TCT联合宫颈小活检达到对宫颈癌的早期诊断和治疗。方法:对210例妇科门诊TCT病例进行回顾性分析及其中HPV阳性病例的活检结果追踪。结果:病例均经过妇科HPV检测,全部有TCT检查。其中HPV阳性病例均进一步做妇科活检术,均有病理报告证实。结论:通过妇科HPV检测、TCT及小活检三联合,可以达到对宫颈癌的逐步明确诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Through the gynecology HPV detection,TCT joint cervical cancer of the small biopsy to early diagnosis and treatment.Methods:To 210 TCT outpatient department patients were retrospectively analyzed and its positive cases of HPV biopsy results tracking.Results:All cases by gynecologic HPV detection,All have TCT inspection.One positive cases were further HPV made gynecological biopsy,has proved by pathology.Conclusion:Through the gynecology HPV detection,And small biopsy TCT three joint,Can achieve the diagnosis of cancer gradually.Worthy of popularizing.更多还原
