骨外固定器治疗胫骨骨折72例疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:观察骨外固定器治疗胫骨骨折的疗效。方法:对2007年1月～2010年1月收治的72例胫骨骨折患者应用外固定器治疗。结果:72例患者随访证实均取得良好治疗效果。结论:骨外固定器治疗胫骨骨折,尤其是对开放性胫骨骨折,不仅可以有效固定,而且还有利于伤口处理及治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object:Observation curative effect external fixator for treatment of tibial fractures.Method:72 cases of tibial fractures patients who come from 2007 to 2010 were treated with external fixation device.Results:72 patients who followed up all have good therapeutic efficacy.Conclusion:external fixation device is used to cure tibial fracture,especially open tibial fractures.Not only have effectively fixed,but also have benefit for wound care,and utmost decreased of happen about fracture delayed union or disunion.更多还原
