96例2型糖尿病胰岛素强化治疗对胰岛功能的影响分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)胰岛素强化治疗对胰岛β细胞分泌功能的影响。方法:对96例2型糖尿病患者采用胰岛素强化治疗前后的血糖和胰岛素及C-肽水平变化情况进行回顾性分析,并分别于胰岛素强化治疗前后,监测HbA1c水平及空腹和餐后2小时血浆血糖、胰岛素和C-肽水平的变化。结果:2型糖尿病患者在胰岛素强化治疗后,大部分病例可较长时间的保持血糖正常。结论:采取胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病,可使胰岛素分泌量增加和胰岛β细胞功能得到好转,且提高胰岛素的敏感性。更多还原

【Abstract】 s Objective:To discuss the effect of intensive insulin treatment on pancreatic betacell function typeⅡdiabetic patients.Methods:Intensive insulin treatment was used on the 96 TypeⅡDiabetic Patients in our unit,and retrospectively analysed the difference plasma glucose,insulin and Cpeptide respectively before after treatment.The changement HbAlc,fasting plasma glucose,2hours postprandial glucose insulin,Cpeptide were measured respectively before after treatment.Results:Most TypeⅡDiabetic Patients could remain normal plasma glucose for a long time after intensive insulin treatment.Conclusions:The intensive insulin treatment TypeⅡDiabetic Patients can accelerate insulins incretion,improve the pancreatic betacell function and enhance the sensibility insulin.更多还原
