股臀部软组织损伤致股外侧皮神经卡压11例分析

【摘要】 目的:观察股外侧皮神经卡压患者的临床特点并探讨致病原因。方法:对11例股外侧皮神经分布区疼痛的患者进行临床特点分析总结。结果:11例患者均为男性,均为单侧发病。均有患侧股前下份及外侧的疼痛伴麻木。查体患侧臀部主要是股骨大转子周围有不同程度及不同部位的压痛。结论:股臀部软组织损伤是导致外侧皮神经卡压的重要原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object:To observe the clinical features and to explore the cause of the disease of thigh lateral cutaneous nerve entrapment in patients.Methods:The clinical features of the 11 patients were analyzed.Results:All 11 patients were male,suffered from a single side disease.They were suffered from ipsilateral anterior and lateral pain accompanied by numbness. There were the tenderness in ipsilateral hip being mainly around the greater trochanter.Conclusion:Unit hip soft tissue injury were one of the important reasons of the lateral cutaneous nerve entrapment.更多还原
