温针灸配关节松动术治疗肩周炎的临床疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:观察温针灸配合关节松动术治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例肩周炎病人随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用温针灸配合关节松动术的方法治疗,对照组只单独采用关节松动术进行治疗。结果:治疗2个疗程后(每疗程10天)治疗组治愈24例,愈显率为96.67%,对照组治愈16例,愈显效率为70.00%。从治疗前后的疼痛、肩关节活动功能的分级程度来看,治疗后均较治疗前有明显改善,其中对于疼痛程度、肩关节外展、后伸改善尤为明显(P<0.001),治疗前后肩关节外旋亦有明显改善,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸配合关节松动术治疗肩周炎能够有效地改善疼痛,恢复肩关节功能,促进其临床痊愈。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect on periarthritis of shoulder in acupuncture with warmed needle and moxibustion and arthrosis mobilization.Methods:60 cases were divided into curative group and control group at random,curative group received acupuncture with warmed needle and moxibustion and arthrosis mobilization,control group received arthrosis mobilization.Results:After 2 course of therapy,the effective rate of curative group is 96.67%,and 70.00% of control group,there have significant improvement in pain extent,articulation humeri abduction and post-extent(P<0.001).Conclusion:The therapy on scapulohumeral periarthritis in acupuncture with warmed needle and moxibustion and arthrosis mobilization can effectively improve patients′ pain,as well as the articulatio humeri function.更多还原
