栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤

【摘要】 目的:总结颅内动脉瘤血管内介入治疗的经验,探讨微弹簧圈栓塞颅内动脉瘤的技巧、效果及相关并发症的防治。方法:采用不同的血管内治疗技术治疗73例急性期颅内动脉瘤患者。结果:完全栓塞63例,90%以上栓塞9例,60%栓塞1例,术后出血2例。结论:早期动脉瘤囊内栓塞,是治疗急性破裂性颅内动脉瘤较理想的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summarize the technique of endovascular embolization of int racranial aneurysms,the prevention of the complications and its curaf ive effect.Methods:73patients were treated aneurysms with different intravascular therapy techniques.Results:63 patients received 100% embolization,9 patients received 90% embolization,1 patients received 60% embolization.2 cases of aneurysm re-bled after emlolization.Conclusion:Early endovascular embolization is a good choice for ruptured intracranial aneurysms.更多还原
