纳洛酮在抢救重度有机磷农药中毒中的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:观察纳洛酮(NX)抢救重度有机磷农药中毒(SAOPP)的效果。方法:按国家标准(GB7794-87)选择SAOPP病人96例,随机分为治疗组48例和对照组48例。两组病例均进行彻底洗胃,静注阿托品、解磷定和综合治疗。治疗组给予NX静脉治疗,对照组不给予NX治疗。结果:治疗组治愈48例,治愈率为100%。对照组治愈44例,治愈率为91.67%。组间比较具有显著差异(P<0.01)。平均每例住院天数明显少于对照组,神志和胆碱酯酶的恢复也早于对照组。阿托品每例平均用量少于对照组(54.44±31.93)mg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。解磷定每例平均用量少于对照组(5.3±2.5)mg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:NX治疗有机磷农药中毒(AOPP),可对抗机体释放的β内啡肽、强啡肽有害物质,使阿托品、解磷定敏感性增加,阿托品和解磷定的用量明显减少,从而提高SAOPP抢救成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Observe:the effect of Naloxone(NX) in salvage the patients-most with serious organophosphorus poison (SAOPP) .Methods:chosed 96 SAOPP patients according to the national standards (GB7794-87) and randomly divided them into two groups,48 patients in the treatment group and 48 patients in the control group.All the patients in the Two groups were carried out the thorough gastric lavage, static note atropine、pralidoxime and complex therapy.We gave the treatment group NX vein treatment and while didn’t give the control group NX treatment.Results:48 patients in the treatment group were all cured.The cured rate is 100%.45 patients in the control group were cured,The cured rate is 91.67%.There was a remarkable difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The average day in hospital each case in the treatment group was obviously less than that in the control group.The state of mind and the cholinesterase restoration in the treatment group was also earlier than that in the control group.The average atropine dosage each case in the treatment group was less than that in the control group(54.44±31.93)mg and its difference has statistics significance(P<0.05).The average pralidoxime dosage each case in the treatment is less than that in the control group (5.3±2.50)mg and its difference has statistics significance(P<0.01).Conclusion:NXtreatment organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP) resisted the organism release’s deleterious substances such as Bendorphin,Dynorphin.and made atropine and its sensitivity increasing;made the dosage of atropine and pralidoxime obviously reducing.Thus raised the SAOPP rescuing success rate.更多还原
