人文关怀护理对晚期癌症患者临终需要的实施效果

【摘要】 目的:探讨人文关怀护理在晚期癌症患者临终需要的实施效果。方法:对2007年1月～2009年10月收治的112例晚期癌症临终患者,按入院时间分为观察组56例和对照组56例,分别做好两组患者的生活护理、基础护理、疼痛护理等常规护理。观察组在常规护理的基础上,应用人文关怀护理,在温馨环境的营造、心理需要的满足、心灵需要的实现、家属需要的关爱等方面进行护理。结果:两组患者在疼痛疗效、心理状态及护理满意度等方面,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:人文关怀护理在晚期癌症患者临终需要的介入,提高了护理质量和患者的舒适度及满意度,充分体现了以人为本的整体护理内涵。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the practice effect of humanistic care in terminating stage of late cancer patients.Methods:112 cases of terminating stage cancer patients were divided into experimental group 56 and control group 56 from January 2007 to October 2009.The control group received traditional nursing only,including life nursing,basic nursing and ache nursing.The experimental group received traditional nursing and humanistic care nursing which presents the building of warm environment,satisfying of patients,psychological need and implementing of patients,mind need.Results:There are significant differences in ache curative effect,mental status and nursing service satisfaction between twogroups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Humanistic care nursing in terminating stage of late cancer patients not only enhances care and service quality,but also enhances the patients,degrees of comfort and satisfaction.更多还原
