音乐疗法对围手术期乳腺癌患者的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨音乐疗法在乳腺癌围手术期对患者焦虑情绪和术后疼痛程度的影响。方法:随机将310例患者分为对照组和实验组,两组均采用常规健康教育和心理指导,实验组加用音乐疗法,比较两组患者围手术期的焦虑状态和术后疼痛程度。结果:实验组实施心理疗法后,实验组在围手术期的SAS评分及疼痛分级均比对照组低,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:音乐疗法能改善乳腺癌患者围手术期的焦虑状态和减轻术后的疼痛程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to discuss the effect of music therapy on perioperative anxiety and postoperative pain of patients with breast cancer.Methods:Randomly divided the 310 patients into experimental and control groups,both groups use conventional mental health education and guidance,the experimental group also received the music therapy,to compare perioperative anxiety and postoperative pain of the two groups patients.Results:after the experimental group received the music therapy,the perioperative anxiety and postoperative pain of the experimental group is lower than that of control group. P<0.05,the difference has statistical significance.Conclusions:music therapy can relieve perioperative anxiety and postoperative pain of patients with breast cancer.更多还原
