【Abstract】 Employment is the motivation and aim of higher Education. With the acceleration of the popularity of higher education, university graduates’ employment is getting more and more serious. There are mainly three reasons for the recent difficult employment of university graduates. Social supply and demand are imbalanced, university specialty setup and market are disjointed, and graduates’ anticipation and actual requirement are disproportional. Implementing the Scientific Concept on Development is a powerful guarantee to the sustainable development of higher education.
