【摘要】 目的探讨瘦素(Leptin)和激素水平与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的相关性。方法采用病例对照的方法,对深圳市第二人民医院妇科于2009年1月至8月确诊的31例PCOS患者(研究组)及同期30例健康女性(对照组)进行血清Leptin、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)及睾酮(TESTO)测定,并对它们之间的的相关性进行分析。结果研究组Leptin[(10.03±8.64)μg/L]、LH[(18.35±14.50)U/L]、TESTO[(0.68±0.26)μg/L]和LH/FSH比值(2.71±1.79)都明显高于对照组[分别为(5.79±1.86)μg/L,(6.15±4.25)U/L,(0.48±0.15)μg/L,0.82±0.50],经过统计学t检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Leptin升高与性激素分泌紊乱与P-COS的发病有一定的相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relevance between the patients of PCOS and the level of serum leptin and hormone.Methods Serum Leptin,FSH,LH,and TESTO in 31 PCOS patients and 30 healthy women were tested and their correlations were analyzed.Results The serum level of Leptin,LH,TESTO,and LH/FSH in PCOS patients was respectively 10.18μg/L,18.48mIu/ml,0.79μg/L,2.78,which was significantly higher than those in healthy women(P<0.05).Conclusion Higher serum Leptin level and abnormal sexual hormones are clinically valuable in the incurrence of PCOS.更多还原
