【摘要】 目的:探讨心电监护仪脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2)监测的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我科2009年2月~2010年2月期间45例缺氧患者应用心电监护仪SpO2监测指导临床救治和护理的工作经验。结果:SpO2监测可及时发现组织缺氧并指导氧疗方案;SpO2监测可正确指导吸痰的时机及持续时间;SpO2监测可及时提示心肌缺氧、缺血。结论:SpO2监测能为低氧血症患者的救治和护理提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The paper explored clinical value of pulse oxygen saturation(SpO2) monitoring of electrocardiogram monitor.Methods:The paper generalized and analyzed work experience which 45 hypoxia patients were guided clinical treatment and nursing care by SpO2 monitoring of electrocardiogram monitor from February 2009 to February 2010.Results:SpO2 monitoring could timely guide detection of hypoxia and oxygen therapy program;SpO2 monitoring could correctly guide the opportunity and duration of suction;SpO2 monitoring could timely clue myocardial hypoxia and ischemia.Conclusion:SpO2 monitoring could provide significant help to clinical treatment and nursing care of hypoxia patients.更多还原
