【摘要】 采用过硫酸钾水溶液引发RAFT活性自由基-细乳液-界面聚合法,在反应后期加入交联单体,利用RAFT双亲大分子的自组装以及活性自由基聚合的原理,应用细乳液独特的液滴成核机理,制备了包裹形态非常完好的增塑剂/聚丙烯酸树脂缓释型微胶囊。在丙烯酸酯类单体/癸二酸二辛酯(芯材)=4/6(wt),RAFT试剂的用量为单体的0·5%,引发剂过硫酸钾的用量为单体的0.2%,十二烷基硫酸钠的用量为单体的1·5%时效果最好。实心聚丙烯酸树脂少,核壳结构完整,核壳比例与理论值很接近。

【Abstract】 Initiated by potassium persulfate aqueous solution, RAFT active free radical miniemulsion interfacial polymerization was introduced. Cross-linking monomer was added in the mid- and late time of reaction. Using the principle of self-assembly of RAFT’s hydrophilic and lipophilic macromolecules, radical polymerization, and unique droplet nucleation mechanism of miniemulsion, plasticizer/polyacrylic acid resin slow-release microcapsules with wonderful form was prepared. The optimal condition is as follow: the dosage of acrylate monomer/dioctyl sebacate(core material)=4/6(wt), the dosage of RAFT is 0.5% of monomer, the dosage of initiator is 0.2% of monomer, and the dosage of SDS is 1.5% of monomer. It shows that the polyacrylic acid resin is less, the core-shell structure is complete and the core-shell ratio is very close to the theoretical value.
