【摘要】 目的比较腹腔镜切开输尿管取石术和经尿道输尿管镜碎石术治疗复杂性输尿管上段结石疗效。方法 67例复杂性输尿管上段结石患者,采用腹腔镜切开输尿管取石术和经尿道输尿管镜碎石术,分析比较两种手术方法的手术时间、术后住院时间、成功率、结石清除率。结果输尿管镜组、腹腔镜组的手术时间、术后住院时间分别为(92.58±39.64)vs(74.25±28.48)min、(5.32±2.28)vs(8.47±2.65)d,两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。输尿管镜组手术成功率和结石清除率分别为73.33%、76.67%,腹腔镜组为94.57%、100%,两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术比经尿道输尿管镜碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To compare the the efficacy of retroperitoneoscopic ureterolithotomy (RPUL) and ureteroscopic lithotripsy (URL) in the treatment of complex upper ureteral stones.【Methods】A total of 67 cases of the upper ureteral calculi, of them 37 cases undertaken RPUI and 30 cases URL. The mean operation time, average inhospital time, successful rate and stone clearance rate were measured and compared between the two groups.【Results】 Comparison between URL group and RPUL group included the following:mean operation time were (92.58±39.64) vs (74.25±28.48) min; average in-hospital time (5.32±2.28) vs (8.47±2.65) d. Significant differences were found between the two groups (P <0.05). The successful rate and stone clearance rate were 73.33%, 76.67% in URL group and 94.57%, 100% in RPUL group, there was significant difference between them (P <0.05).【Conclusion】RPUL is safer and more effective than URL in treating complex upper ureteral calculi.更多还原
