【摘要】 目的探讨经尿道钬激光输尿管口切开术治疗输尿管壁内段梗阻的方法和疗效。方法经尿道途径采用钬激光对13例输尿管壁内段结石梗阻、8例输尿管炎性梗阻、6例输尿管囊肿梗阻、5例不明原因梗阻患者行输尿管口切开术治疗。结果 32例均1次手术解除梗阻,30例患者获随访,随访6～24个月,平均13.6个月。所有患者症状消失,4例有轻度反流,无输尿管口再狭窄发生。结论经尿道钬激光输尿管口切开术治疗输尿管壁段梗阻创伤小、易于操作,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To explore the way and therapeutic effect of ureteral meatotomy for the treatment of obstruction of the uretero-vesical junction.【Methods】32 patients were accepted ureteral meatotomy,whose the uretero-vesical junction were obstruction that was due to calculi in 13,inflammation in 8,ureterocyst in 6 and unknown causes in 5.【Results】Obstruction were releaved,symptom vanished in all patients with no re-occurrence of the stenosis.30 patients had been followed up for 6～24 months.Vesicoureteral reflux were observed in 4 patients.【Conclusions】Ureteral meatotomy is simple,effective and minimal trauma to treat obstruction of the uretero-vesical junction.更多还原
