【摘要】 目的探讨经腹腹膜前补片置入术(TAPP)与开放式无张力修补术治疗腹股沟复发疝的优劣。方法 35例腹股沟复发疝分为TAPP组及开放组,统计比较两组在手术、住院时间及术后恢复情况方面的差异。结果两组均无切口感染、术后出血、肠漏、尿漏等并发症。TAPP组在住院天数,术后开始下床活动时间、切口或术区疼痛程度及站立时术区牵张感方面较开放组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 TAPP适宜作为腹股沟复发疝的首选术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To evaluate the merit of transabdominal preperitoneal (TAPP) and open mesh techniques for recurrent inguinal hernias.【Method】35 cases with recurrent inguinal hernias were divided into TAPP and open groups,the differences of operating time,hospital days and postoperative recovery between two groups were investigated.【Result】There was no complication of incision infection,postoperative hemorrhage,intestine and urine leakage. There was significant difference between two groups considering hospital days,time to get out of bed,degree of operative region or incision pain,tense feeling with operative region while standing straightly. 【Conclusion】TAPP is suitable as preference choose for recurrent inguinal hernias.更多还原
