【摘要】 目的探讨治疗性胰胆管造影(ERCP)在治疗胆胰系统疾病中的有效性及安全性。方法对治疗性ERCP452例病例进行回顾性分析,评价治疗性ERCP在各种胆胰疾病中的应用价值。结果病例中胆管结石最多,占68.36%,胆管狭窄占26.99%,胆漏者占1.99%,慢性胰腺炎占0.44%,胰腺分裂症占0.22%,胰胆管汇流异常占0.88%,胆管蛔虫症占1.12%,并发症发生率4.80%,成功率99.00%。结论治疗性ERCP对多种胆胰疾病疗效肯定,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To investigate the effectiveness and safety of therapeutic ERCP in the treatment of biliary-pancreatic diseases.【Methods】452 cases of various biliary-pancreatic diseases,who were treated with therapeutic ERCP,were retrospectively evaluated. 【Results】The success rate of therapeutic ERCP was 99%,bile duct stone (68.36%),malignant and nonmalignant biliary obstruction (26.99%),bileleakage (1.99%),chronic pancreatitis (0.44%),pancreatic divisum(0.22%),anomalous pancreaticobiliary junction (0.88%),biliary tact ascariasis (1.12%) and complication incidence was 4.80%. 【Conclusion】Therapeutic ERCP is an effective and safe treatment for various bil-iary-pancreatic diseases.更多还原
