【摘要】 目的探讨后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤手术的临床解剖及应用。方法利用后腹腔内3个潜在解剖间隙游离肾上腺,分析57例后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤手术治疗效果及恢复情况。结果除2例肾上腺手术中途改行开放手术外,余55例均获得成功。本组手术时间55min～2.5h,平均68min,术后平均住院时间为5.5d。结论后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术具有术野清晰、损伤小、术后恢复快等优点,适用于功能性肾上腺肿瘤、偶发瘤以及局限性肾上腺恶性肿瘤。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To discuss application of clinical anatomy of retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy for the treatment of adrenal tumors. 【Methods】Using three relatively bloodless planes existing retroperitoneal space in retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy,treatment effectiveness and recovery of 57 cases was analyzed. 【Results】Among the cases,2 cases were converted to open surgery,55 cases operations were successful. Operation time was 55 min to 2.5 h,with an average of 68 min. Mean hospital days after operation were 5.5. 【Conclusion】Retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy is indicated for hormonally active adrenal tumors,incidentaloma and limited malignant adrenal carcinomas,thus with advantages of clear field,minimal morbidity,minimal postoperative discomfort.更多还原
