【摘要】 目的探讨影响鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效及相关影响因素。方法分析实施鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的235例患者的临床资料及随访情况。结果慢性鼻窦炎不同临床分型治疗有效率不同,Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型分别为95.0%、83.8%及68.9%,3型之间治愈率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。术后坚持定期随诊和规范化综合治疗患者有效率为95.4%,明显高于未坚持者治疗有效率37.7%。结论慢性鼻窦炎的临床分型分期与疗效密切相关,应注意预防内镜手术并发症的发生;影响手术疗效的因素主要包括术后的综合性治疗和定期随访等。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate the curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) and its influence factor. [Methods]235 patients with chronic sinusitis were retrospectively analyzed by ESS treatment. [Results]The effective rates of different clinical type from Ⅰ to Ⅲ were 95.0%, 83.8%, 68.9%, respectively, with statistically significant differences (P <0.05). There was significant difference of efficiency rates between the groups with or without standardized care (P <0.05). [Conclusion]ESS is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic sinusitis. The operation outcome is directly related to the typing and phasing of the disease. It is important to find and treat complications timely and accurately.更多还原
