【摘要】 目的探讨自制套扎线无钛夹腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床疗效。方法选取2003年3月～2008年1月间施行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)患者86例,随机分为使用自制套扎线无钛夹LC组(观察组)43例和传统钛夹LC组(对照组)43例;比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、右上腹疼痛不适、胆漏、其他并发症,住院时间的差异。结果两组均结扎成功并顺利出院,观察组与对照组比较手术时间延长、术中出血量增加(P<0.05),住院时间、术后恶心呕吐胃肠反应、发热等其他并发症差异无显著性(P>0.05);右上腹疼痛不适减少(P<0.05),未发生胆漏。结论自制套扎线无钛夹腹腔镜胆囊切除术处理胆囊管及胆管动脉安全、可靠,并能避免使用钛夹所致的并发症,值得推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To make clinical observation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy effect in in use of self-inflicted ligation line without titanium-hemoclip.【Methods】86 cases were selected in March 2003 to January 2008 between the implementation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC),they were divided randomly into two groups,use of self-inflicted ligation line without titanium-hemoclip LC group (observation group) and 43 cases of traditional hemoclip LC (control group) 43 cases,compared two groups of operation time,bleeding volume;right upper quadrant pain,bile leakage and other complications;differences in length of stay.【Results】Both groups were successful and smooth ligation discharged,the observation group compared with the control group to extend the operation time,blood loss increased (P <0.05),hospitalization time,postoperative nausea and vomiting gastrointestinal reactions,fever and other complications no difference (P >0.05);right upper quadrant pain reduction (P <0.05),no bile leakage.【Conclusions】Use of self-inflicted ligation line without titanium-hemoclip laparoscopic cholecystectomy to deal with cystic duct and bile duct artery is safe,reliable,and can avoid the use of hemoclip due to complications,should be promoted and applied.更多还原
