【摘要】 目的观察内镜微创保胆取石术加防石方法治疗胆囊结石的作用。方法将420例患者随机分成手术组、西药组和综合组,手术组单纯采用取石治疗,西药组在术后加服熊去氧胆酸1年,综合组则再加用推按运经仪治疗2年。结果结石取尽率98.6%,综合组胆囊壁变薄、收缩功能增强,临床症状明显缓解至消失,结石复发率下降,且与手术组和西药组比较差异均有显著性。结论内镜微创保胆取石术能取除结石、保留胆囊,综合方法可防止结石复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To observe the effect of Tuianyunjingyi therapy with ursodeoxycholic acid on the prevention of gallstone recurrence after calculus removal.【Methods】420 cases selected after preservation of gallbladder and removal of calculus by cholangioscopy patients were randomly divided into control group, westen drug group, combined group. The control group did not have any treatment after stone removement, western drug group after removal of the stones began taking ursodeoxycholic acid, combined group were treated with Tuianyunjingyi and ursodeoxycholic acid. All patients observed for a period of 2 years. 【Results】Complete clearance of stones was achieved in 98.6% patient, combined group thin gallbladder wall out and improve contraction function, relieve clinical symptoms, reduce recurrence rate of gallstone, and the differences were statistical significance.【Conclusion】 The therapy of gallbladder preservation and calculus removal with cholangioscopy is safe and feasible with minor invasiveness, the therapy combined Tuianyunjingyi with ursodeoxycholic acid can prevent the recurrence of gallstone.更多还原
