【Abstract】 Since commonly inherit the cultural essences of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism and the unique regional cultural traditions,East Asia folk residences are still emphasized by domestic and foreign architectural scholars and architects.The biggest challenge facing the present East Asia architectural scholars and architects is how to integrate the precious and valuable principles embedded in traditional folk residences into modern houses,especially modern high-rising buildings in cities.Three important principles are proposed to probe their application and meaning to the modern residences.更多还原
