【Abstract】 The paper reviews and discusses the so-called " Six Directions in One Body"management system of Jizhong Energy Group,ie.to build its essential ability by efficient group corporation governance and centralized control system namely " Large Group Management" based upon the market-oriented operation of four-level state owned assets,and to realize the stable outward expansion by aggregating the existing assets to the advantageous enterprises and excellent entrepreneurs,undertaking the unification and reorganization of coal enterprises based on industrial conglomerating,and implementing the cross industry strategic reorganizing based upon financial and management harmonization.Thus,the successful reforming and sustained development of the state owned coal enterprises are realized.更多还原
