【摘要】 寻求能源-经济-社会-环境的协同发展,是世界各国政府面临的共同难题。只有实现能源-经济-社会-环境的协同发展,才能促进中国能源消费结构的优化。因此,我们要结合国情实际及国际能源环境,准确判断中国能源、经济、社会、环境的态势,明确对策思路,完善政策法规,注重战略协同,实现能源、经济、社会、环境的协同,进一步优化能源消费结构。本文分析了基于协同论的中国能源消费结构优化的问题,提出了解决这些问题的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is a common tough problem faced by governments of all countries to realize synergetic development of energy-economy-society-environment.On the other hand,only on the realization of a synergetic development of energy-economy-society-environment can the optimization of energy consumption structure be realized in this country.Therefore,it is necessary to start out from the actual conditions of this country and international energy environment to exactly judge the situation of energy,economy,society and environment in China,to nail down the countermeasures,to consummate the policy and rule of law and to pay attention to strategic synergia,to realize the synergia of energy,economy,society and environment and finally optimize Chinese energy consumption structure.The problems of Chinese energy consumption structure optimization based on synergetics are analyzed in this paper,while their countermeasures are opened out.更多还原
