【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the actuality in manpower demands in coal enterprises and the university graduate employment situation.The paper sets forth the important significance in encouraging university graduates to work in the coal sector.Taking China University of Mining & Technology(Beijing) as an example,this paper also presents an account about the measures and practice of this University in encouraging university graduates to get employed in coal enterprise.更多还原
