温泉游泳训练对飞行员心脏功能和大脑中动脉血流动力学指标的影响

【摘要】 目的观察健康疗养期间,温泉游泳训练对飞行员心脏泵血、舒张功能和大脑中动脉血流动力学指标的影响。方法 24名现役飞行员在健康疗养期间,进行每周5d、连续4周的温泉游泳训练。训练前后采用彩色多普勒超声心动图技术测量心脏泵血和左室舒张功能的变化,采用经颅多普勒超声仪测量双侧大脑中动脉血流动力学指标。结果与训练前相比,游泳训练4周后飞行员每搏输出量(SV)和射血分数(EF)均显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),心率(HR)显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),左室短轴缩短率(SFLV)和二尖瓣口舒张早期E峰最大血流速度均显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);反映心脏功能的其他指标和双侧大脑中动脉血流动力学指标训练前后没有显著变化。结论健康疗养期间,温泉游泳锻炼可提高心脏泵血和左室舒张功能,但不影响脑血管功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of swimming training in hot spring on function of cardiac pump,cardiac diastolic function and hemodynamics of middle cerebral artery of pilots during convalescent period.Methods Twenty four male pilots on active service were received swimming training in hot spring,5 days/week,for successive four weeks during convalescent period.Before and after the training,the indexes of function of cardiac pump and left ventricular diastolic function were measured with echocardiogram and parameters of middle cerebral artery hemodynamics were detected by TCD technology.Results After four weeks of swimming training,stroke volume(SV)and ejection fraction(EF)were significantly increased (P<0.01),while heart rate(HR)were significantly decreased (P<0.01).Shortening fraction of left ventricle and mitral inflow E peak velocity in early period were significant increased(P<0.01).There was no significant difference of other indexes reflected heart function and dynamics of bilateral middle cerebral artery between before and after training.Conclusion Swimming training in hot spring can improve function of cardiac pump and diastolic function and does not affect the function of cerebral vessels.
