【摘要】 目的了解沿海地区某高校教职工高血脂、高血压、高血糖、脂肪肝的患病情况,为沿海地区高校慢性非传染性疾病的预防保健工作提供科学依据。方法对沿海地区某高校2008年体检的1178名教职工高血脂、高血压、高血糖、脂肪肝的检测结果进行统计分析。结果该校教职工四项指标异常检出率偏高,高血脂检出率排列第一,占39.05%,高血脂的检出率随着年龄增长而升高;男性四项指标异常率均较女性高。结论沿海地区高校教职工慢性非传染性疾病发病率呈上升趋势,应加强健康教育和健康促进工作,实行慢性病的一级预防和二级预防。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current situation of hyperlipoidemia,hypertension,hyperglycemia and fatty liver in order to provide scientific basis for health protection in the staff of a college in the coastal region.Methods 1 178 faulty members from a college in the coastal region were given physical examination in the 2008.The results of hyperlipoidemia,hypertension,hyperglycemia and fatty liver were statisticaly analyzed.Results Four indications were founded high in faulty members.Among them,the abnormal rate of hyperlipoidemia detected was 39.05 %,ranking the first.The detection rates of hyperlipoidemia increased with age.The abnomal rate of four indicationsnoted in male were higher than that in famale.Conclusion The incidence of non-infective chronic diseases shows a tendency of increase in college in the coastal region.Health education and health improvement should be strengthened.Primary as well as secondary preventions of chronic diseases should be carried out.更多还原
