【摘要】 目的探讨采用肩关节松动术、理疗配合肩关节主动功能锻炼综合康复治疗肩周炎的临床效果。方法将127例肩周炎患者随机分为观察组65例和对照组62例,观察组采用中药熨烫、肩关节松动术、电脑中频和肩关节主动功能锻炼综合康复治疗,对照组只做中药熨烫和电脑中频治疗并根据医嘱自行肩关节功能锻炼。结果经3个疗程治疗,观察组总有效率为98.46%,对照组为85.48%,组间总有效率差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7.367,P<0.01),且观察组痊愈率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.052,P<0.05)。结论采用关节松动术、理疗和肩关节主动功能锻炼综合治疗肩周炎的临床效果明显优于单纯物理因子治疗,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of initiative functional exercise together with joint mobilization and physical therapy on scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods 127 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into observation group(n=65) and control group(n=62).The observation group was received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment including ironing with traditional Chinese medicine,shoulder joint mobilization,computer intermediate frequency and initiative functional exercise.The control group was received ironing with traditional Chinese medicine,computer intermediate frequency and functional exercise following doctor’s orders.Res ults After 3 courses of treatment,the total effective rate was 98.46% in the observation group,85.48% in the control group,there was significant differences between the two groups (χ 2 =7.367,P<0.01).The cure rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ 2 =4.052,P<0.05).Conclus ion Comprehensive therapy of joint mobilization,physical therapy and initiative functional exercise of shoulder joint is superior to simple physiotherapy,and is worth being widely used.更多还原
