【Abstract】 Nationalization and the formation of state-owned economy has become a common phenomenon in the social market economy.In previous economic and financial crisis governance,western countries have taken different levels of nationalization policies whose effectiveness has been repeatedly proven efficient.Nationalization and state-owned economy existed in history and reality of economic logic.The governance process of the financial crisis once again shows that nationalization policy is an important means to eliminate economic fluctuations whether for the capitalist or socialist countries.The overall state economy plays an irreplaceable role in stabilizing economy and promoting economic development.更多还原
