【Abstract】 Private equity fund of fund (PEFOF) is the partnership enterprise made up of the Limited Partner (LP) and General Partner (GP).It pools investors’ money from institutional investors or rich individual investors by introduction,or raises fund by mortgage bonds charges on fund unit.Then it invests in other private equity funds in public market.PEFOF can be divided as Venture Capital Fund,Buyout Fund and so on.PEFOF is an intermediary service which provides special investment service to investors.It plays an important role between investors and Private equity market.PEFOF meets the investment needs of capital holder and provides some cheaper and wider-range capital sources.Finally,the authors also analyze the typical terms of PEFOF.更多还原
