离子液体辅助TiO2/蒙脱石材料的制备与性能研究

【摘要】 在1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐[Bmim]BF4离子液体中合成了TiO2,经负载蒙脱石后,制备成TiO2/蒙脱石纳米复合材料.利用X射线衍射(XRD),差热分析法(TG-DSC)和红外光谱(FTIR)等分析手段对复合材料进行结构表征。结果表明,离子液体合成的TiO2粒径小,负载后的TiO2/蒙脱石复合材料耐热性较好,更加稳定;钛土比为1.5mmol/g,煅烧温度为400℃时,复合材料性能最佳,光照时间达到150min,催化剂对甲基橙的降解率为100%;将复合催化材料用于蓝藻水溶液的处理,效果较纯TiO2显著,显示出良好的应用前景.

【Abstract】 The TiO2/Montmorillonite nanocomposite was prepared at the presence of the mixed Montmorillonite and TiO2 which was synthesized by ionic liquid (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium Tetrafluoroborate).The samples were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD),Thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis (TG-DSC) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).The results show that TiO2 prepared from ionic liquid was of good anatase crystallinity and smaller particle size than that from pure ethanol.TiO2/Montmorillonite nanocomposite possessed good thermal resistance.When the temperature is 400 ℃,the ratio of Ti and montmorillonite is 1.5 mmol/g,the properties of composites are the best and can decompose methylene-blue by 100% in 150 min with UV lamp as a light source.The photocatalytic degradation of methyl blue in water was studied in photoreactor.The TiO2/Montmorillonite nanocomposite shows superior photocatalytic activity for the degradation of cyanobacteria compared with TiO2 and is of good prospects for application.
