【摘要】 改革开放三十年来,我国有色金属工业取得了令世人瞩目的优异成绩,其发展可以划分为四个阶段。为了全面评价我国有色金属工业总体经济效益,构建了投入与产出评价指标体系,并利用DEA模型进行了测算,然后对我国有色金属工业总体经济效益进行了评价与分析。结果表明:本文所构建的模型以及评价分析结论,具有较高的实用推广价值,可以为政府及行业部门在制订产业政策时提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty years past since China’s reform and opening policy,during which China’s nonferrous metal industry got great achievements,and we could divide the three decades development of it into four stages.In order to give an overall economic benefit evaluation,we built up an input and output index system,and then calculated it with a DEA model;finally we gave an overall economic benefit assessment on China’s nonferrous metals industry.This showed that the model and the evaluation results have high application values,and can provide some valuable advices for the government and the industry when making industrial policies.更多还原
